1. Daycamp Only - Print and complete information form (one per child); Sunscreen authorization, Daycamp signup, Membership Form - required for paddling or general members (includes daycamp discount)
2. Daycamp and Paddling - Print and complete Information form (one per child), Sunscreen authorization, Daycamp signup, Membership Form
3. Paddling Only - Print and complete Information form (one per child), Membership form
4. Bring forms and post dated cheques to Registration
