• Kinap Day Camp is an excellent spot to spend the summer. Children in the day camp enjoy the wonders of a summer vacation, playing on the beach, boating, doing crafts, reading, begin with their friends, and creating lasting friendships. 
• Child-Day Camp Counsellor Ratio (10 - 1)
• Ages 5 to 12 Years
• Paddling program offerrs low ratio of coach to kids, working under guidelines from Atlantic Division Canoe Kayak Canada.The daily schedule for paddling is scheduled to consider both ages of paddlers and the HRM swim lessons that are offered.  A great program for hockey players in the off season and they still have fun while training.   
• During open boating, the day campers are invited to take out kayaks and paddle around the cove, under the supervision of a paddling coach, Day campers may also register for swimming lessons through HRM.
• Staff - Up to date First Aid
• On site Canteen - Breakfast and Lunch as well as Nutritious Snacks available
  
  Day Camp - Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM) July 2nd - August 28th
